its been a few days ... havn't been able to post a blog but i'm still fighting 'the battle of the bulge'!
the good news is, i have gone down one size in my jeans and i'm starting to feel a lot fitter so hopefully i can keep up the momentum
today i began with fresh fruit salad and jelly, for lunch a bagel with cottage cheese and rasher and for dinner roast chicken with sprouts and carrots and maybe a glass of chardonnay!! still walking every day, hail rain or snow!!
next weekend will be a huge test as there will be a huge family party starting friday and going on until sunday .. lots of food and drink will be involved so i think maybe i need to increase the workouts this week and next to compensate!! so maybe 2 walks a day as well as the boxing and the set dancing hopefully that will do the trick....
