oh what a brilliant day today ... the perfect storm .. winds up to 90 miles and hour .. it was so exhillerating walking the prom this morning!
well the aches and pains are almost gone and i'm feeling fully of energy .. ready to take on anything!
breakfast today was the usual grapefruit followed by rashers and scrambled eggs, lunch will be a blue cheese salad with brazil nuts and dinner this evening will be bacon and cabbage .. so not too bad... then i'm meeting up with the girls but i'm being really good and as i'm the driver i will not be able to drink .. well that's plan 'b' anyway
might even go for another walk later!
still can't sort out the date thing ... blonde and all that!
